How To Fixe My Dell 4110 Plugged In ,but Not Charging How Can I Do?

The odds are that your battery is fried. Go to this link to download the service manual for step by step instructions beginning on page 15. Dell's part number is :312-0234

Dell wants $150 for their battery, you can search & find a  more reasonable replacement. Here's a replacement for $30.
