My Laptop Gets Hot And Turn Off

my laptop dell inspiron has got a problem when it runs so it gets hot and turn off in the short span of time and sometimes blue screen appear but mostly turnoff.why id does so plz tell me the proper way how can i get rid of it?

Hi. This is caused by CPU overheating and it shuts off to avoid its death - overheating is caused by:

1. Dusty CPU fan (use an air compressor to blow through the vents)

2. Dry thermopaste (open up the laptop and add new thermopaste

3. Bad CPU fan (replace it)
