Hi meeraedoira

It depends upon the wireless card installed on the system; please check the type of wireless card installed on the system in the device manager. Inspiron 3420 usually shipped with dell wireless 1703 which support Bluetooth functionality and Dell wireless 1506 which does not. Please press FN+f2 to turn the both wireless and Bluetooth function at the same time.

Please let me know if further help is required.

Thanks & Regards

Yes, the wireless switch or the Fn+F2 key on your keyboard will enable wireless and Bluetooth at the same time.
