How Do I Remove The Password To Unlock The Screen On Wake Up?

when the system goes to sleep or when I reboot, the display screen has a lock and you need a password, I want to remove this so it never ask for this to unlock screen, I lost my operations book that came with the system, kids, long story, anyway, I don't want this. If I can not remove it, then how do I change the password, Inspiron 3252, windows 10....thank you, rob
