Dell N5110 Error Code 2000-0142 Won't Allow Safe Mode Or Repair Can Filesbesaved

If the drive will not mount then I suggest you replace the HDD & once you can boot into your pc, use a usb adapter to hopefully connect your old drive to the usb port & retrieve files. Go to page 73 of the SM below for replacemnt info. ftp://ftp.dell.com/Manuals/all-products/esuprt_laptop/esuprt_inspiron_laptop/inspiron-15r-n5110_service%20manual_en-us.pdf
