Touchpad Problems With Dell Vostro 355i Fan

I just want to disable the touch pad how can I do this

Hi, on this model you have to disable the touch pad through the Control Panel, using the Device Select option. Instructions for doing so can be found on page 44 of the owner's manual, which you can download here:

The model provided points to a Wireless card and not a Vostro model. Go here www.parts-people.com/find_model.htm for assistance with locating the correct model number and kindly post back. You can use the same model number you lookup the Votro model's manual where the desired instructions should also be included.
