A225 Speaker No Sound Need Driver

For me to help you in a better manner, I need a few details from you: 

• Please let me know if you are able to use the speaker on a different computer?
• Is it a dell computer?
•  Let me know the Operating System you are using and the System Model?
• Have you reinstalled windows recently? 

I would recommend a few steps which can fix the issue: 

• Turn the speakers on and verify that the LED is green. If the LED is not green, the speakers are not turned on.
• If the speakers do not turn on, try a different USB port or try a different device in the USB port to verify functionality.
• Verify the green connector is inserted into the correct connector on the Audio port.
• Verify the volume settings on the computer. If the volume is muted or turned down in Windows the speakers will also be muted or turned down.
