Black Box Printing On Every Page
Printer is printing a black box,approx 2" wide by 10" tall, down the middle of my document, on every page. as of its on the master page. however, it is not on the master page. I have a black box along the bottom of the page, for a title bar that shows up on every page. it's turned this black box and printing it, but it does not show up in the master page. I started a new document and it's doing it there as well.

Greetings. First try to clean catridges under maintenance on the printer software.
You have to try factory resetting the printer
