Dell Mfp 3115cn / Error Code 094-910 & 004-311
1st recd error code 004-311 Restart Printer/Reseat Duplexor. Did as instructed. Then restarted and rec'd error code 094-910 Insert Belt Unit. Have tried EVERYTHING and cannot get error codes to go away. Dell rep said I could "try" swapping out transfer belt unit to see if that helps, but he wasn't sure. Anyone else get this problem? Please help!!
