Cheated Out Of Refund, Then Cheated Out Of New Computer, By Reps

Been over 6 months dealing with Dell, their Technicians damaged my computer, I was guaranteed a total refund then it was cancelled, I was then promised a new computer, was sent a piece of crap, now they want me to take a refurbished computer. I have a complete care warranty, with accidental coverage replacement. Have dealt with four Dell Reps in less than one month. My computer that has a full warranty has been messed up for over 6 months.
