Tape Stuck In Tape Drive. Error Light Flashing Amber

Cannon remove tape at all. Don't know if powering the unit down will help. Don't know if it's plug and play so that it comes back up

Power the library down and then bring it back online. If that does not cause the tape to eject you will need to remove it from the rack, open the chassis and see what the issue is. There may be an issue with the robot on the inside and it could be a simple as a misalignment or it could be a bad belt or drive motor.

Try holding in the eject button for 30 seconds. If the tape ejects, run a cleaning tape in the drive.
