Why Can't I Get A Refund For A Machine That Has Never Worked Properly For Me?
I've spoken to company members about this ECAM2345SL and can't get a response from someone in authority. Why? No I don't want to pay for an "expert" ansewer here. I want a company member to answer. The machine is still under warranty.
