Grinding Coffee But No Water Coming Out

Hi.I have a used delonghi ECAM23210B given to me by a friend. The problem is that the water is going into the condensater instead of brewing the coffee. The coffee grinder is working OK . I think that something may be blocked somewhere but I don't know where to start. I appreciate your adviseregardsAgnes

Hi! The piping of your system is complicated and you may risk damaging it if you attempt to find the blockage yourself. The best advice in your case is to bring to an appliance repair shop. Perhaps it is still under warranty.
