Rudest Manager Ever

It is so wrong how your manager at days inn crossroads treated me then claims there is no one higher than him nor is there a corporate office. He just hung up on me. I left a bag with 500$ worth of new product there in a drawer. The maid first said she get it and take it to front desk and the next day she acts stupid and says there was nothing. Then manager doesn't even talk to anyone just says his housekeepers don't steal and if i had a problem to call the law and hung up on me. He was so mean and ugly to me says hes got way more important things to do than worry about my makeup. He is rude and disrespectful and he had no reason to be. I want my makeup i want my bag, what do i need to do to get it back??
