Canellation Refund
hello,
I tried to reserve a room on the web for Holland Michigan for Saturday night, 5/4. It did not show a Days Inn in Holland but showed one in Albion that was listed at 1.7 miles from Holland so i reserved that on the morning of 5/4. When we got to Holland We found that there was a Days Inn, we stayed there, and determined that Albion was 150 miles away. I called the Albion Days Inn to Cancel but they would not cancel the reservation. Apparently their policy is "Screw the Customer".
I am asking that you arrange for a refund of the Albion Days Inn charges.
