Payment Of Bills

We will be out of state for the month of February.  How do we avoid showing a non payment of a bill that is received while we are out of state.  Is there a grace period with no penalties if you are notified?  We do not wish to pay all bills on line.   Thanks for yur help

I would call customer service & prepay your Feb. bill. Good luck.
