Is There A Return Label?
There is no return label. How do I ship back a shoe? If I pay for shipment, what address do I ship it to? I have filled out the return item and code, but don't have a return label. When I try to call DSW there is a wait time of 40 minutes or more. Help.

You can return the purchase, even if made online, to any DSW store. If that's not convenient, and if you can't find an address on the invoice, phone the corporate number below or use this address:
