Nikes Purchased From Dsw Defective
I purchased some running shoes from DSW on 3/24. After a week of use two of the lace keepers on the left shoe have already broken. I want to keep the shoes but this is unacceptable - do I contact Nike or DSW to issue a complaint?

You can return or exchange your unworn merchandise at a nearby DSW store. Items purchased at DSW stores can NOT be returned to dsw.com. Bring your receipt or invoice, original form of tender, and the original shoe packaging box. Purchases returned or exchanged within 60 days will receive credit in the original form of tender.
Purchases returned or exchanged after 60 days will be issued a merchandise credit only. If you're returning a gift you received, you'll be issued a merchandise credit only. Purchases returned without a receipt or invoice will be issued a merchandise credit equal to the current selling price of the product.
