Have A Message On Screen ......no Guide Info For Ten Hours With #920

Hi, if turning the receiver off and back on didn't help, the next thing to try is to turn it off and then completely unplug it from both the wall and the cable input. Let it sit for a few minutes, then plug it back in to both the cable and power, then turn it on and let it boot up. Hoefully you will now have your guide info back! If not, it may be time to either call DirecTV or replace the receiver.
