Unless you entered into a special term agreement, you should be able to cancel HBO whenever you want to. You can contact DirecTV to cancel any premium channels. Contacting them by phone is probably the best way, to ensure that your request is processed. You can reach DirecTV customer service at 1-800-531-5000.
