Code 776

Just Moved The Tv Fom One Spot In The Bedroom About 8 Ft And Had To Unplug It When I Plugged It Back In And Turned It On All I Got Was Equipment Needed An Up Grade Code 776 And Call Customer Service. It Worked Fine Before Plugged It In Same Place. All The Other Tvs In Housr Are Working Ok So Cant Be The Dish. Even Tried Plugging It In Where There Was A Working Tv , Got The Same Code.

Try unplugging the receiver for 30 seconds and then plugging it back in.

If that didn't work then you will need to call DirecTV at 1 (800) 531-5000 and schedule an appointment to have someone come out and look at it.
