Paid My Bill!!!!!

I paid my bill on friday and wake up Sunday and had message 721 on my receiver. How can i reach a real person to fix this?

You should check if your payment is posted. Go to directv.com/myaccount and sign in.

You can fix channel by doing a red button-reset or unplugging for 15 secs. Or call 1-800-531-5000 and choose tech assistance.
