Been A Customer For 12 Years And Can't Get To My Account To Change My Pay Method

they sent me a bill and said my card had expired, so tried to get on my account to change it and can't get on to do so. the web site is very confusing to me so please help me

You need to go to the Directtv Customer Service website HERE.  This is a differnet site than DirectTv.com.  This site allows you to make payments.  Set up an account if you don't already have one.  Then pick the method of payment you want to do and enter the info.  This site is not difficult like the regular site.
