Refund

I cancelled my directv Aug 13th And I have returned my receiver's and I am still waiting for my refund I was told it took at least a month. I have received two statments since then showing a credit I think you could save postage by sending my credit with one of them. I was a good customer for years my account #12676337 I have always paid my bill on time and I expect to have my refund in a timley matter. I know your all about money and not customer services that is why I am still waiting. I bet if I paid my bill at any time I felt like it I would not be a customer and I am not ANY LONGER. Please see what you can do to speed up my credit. Thank You Carolyn schultz
