DirecTV no longer sells battery replacements for the SatGo. Long story short, this was a product that did not sell well and relatively speaking, very few were manufactured.
DirecTV no longer even employs a tech team dedicated to SatGo issues. When your unit eventually fails, consider it dead forever.
