Call Direct tv at 800-531-5000. Tell the representative that you want to send the box back to the company and request a pre-addressed shipping box and directions to send the box back to the company.The recievers can only be sent to with the box they provide. Diretions on how to send the box will be sent to you and you should be good to go.
