Upgrade Of Dvr

Do you upgrade the regular box and DVR for current customers? I have been a customer approximately 5 years and my boxes are now starting to have problems in which I am now constantly having to reset the boxes or unplug them to reset.

You can upgrade but to go from a non-DVR to a DVR will add $5 a month to your account.

You'll need to call a customer support rep to discuss your options.
