Two Questions

I have two questions - I have been a loyal customer for almost 10 years - why do you not offer special discounts for loyalty - I have not jumped from this company to another to get cheaper service - I am happy with DirecTV. Also - is there a site or someplace to go to find out which U of A basketball games you show - with channels and times? I can not afford one of your sports packages.
