Call AT%T U-verse at 800-288-2020 and tell the automated switchboard that you want billing. This will give it pause but if you call during business hours, you will be connected to a live person.

When you tell the person you want to cancel the (free) Showtime for which you have been billed and then credited, they will take your information and tell you all is adjusted. Maybe. Check your account online in about a week. If the Showtime still appears, call. It can take a month to get everything corrected but they will work with you.

By the way, you can also remove it online by logging into your account and making the changes there. Select the AT&T U-verse TV image to begin. If you don't have an online account access set up, you can also do that. Frankly, I think phone calls might be easier.
