Dir-601 Recognizes Router Can't Access

You might try power-cycling the router (unplug for 15 seconds, plug back in), then on your phone go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Reset Network Settings, then try joining again. (Note: resetting network settings erases passwords for previously joined networks).
