Diagram Showing Where The Thermal Fuse Is?

I've taken my sbc1000 apart I can clearly see a fuse that is on the circuit board but is there another on the black wire ? The one on circuit is soldered but which replacement do I need the one with a wire sticking out on both ends or without?
