How To Disassemble The Hfp-300 Handheld Food Processor?
I want to clean behind the cap holding the drive sprocket. Just removing the two screws does not release the cap. it appears that the two double tabs must be moved in some manner to release the cap. Is a special tool needed? I shredded some unfrozen mozzarella and it extruded behind the cap.

The bottom screws are easy.......It is difficult to find all of the screws to disassemble. There are three in the handle. On the left side of the handle you will see three round plastic markings. These are actually little buttons that have to be pried out with a pointed object. You will damage them slightly but hey, who cares......they'll go back in after you reassemble.
