Espressomaker Em-200 Repair Manual

my 5 year old Cuisinart espresso machine em-200 is not powered, though, the electrical cord was checked and is fine. I need its repair manual

'Seems like this model has alot of issues based on what I am reading on the internet.

First thing you should do is make sure that your plug is working by moving your Cuisinart to a plug that you know is working or plugging something in that same plug that runs, so you know the breaker or GMI switch isn't tripped. Next, contact Cuisinart for assistance. I located the manual and it says nothing about troubleshooting issues like this.
