Model Em-200 Cuisinart Espresso Machine

I own a model EM-200 cuisinart espresso machine. Lately, when I go to turn it on, all of the lights light up and there's a clicking noise. Or, immediately the three lights light up without the reservoir heating the water in advance. Is there something I can do to fix this?
