Replacement/refund
I am a loyal and faithful consumer of Cuisinart products. I purchased DBG-700bc 2013 and it went on fire 11/13 on Thanksgiving Day--it nearly burned my house down. I called Cuisinart and was told I would get a new one as soon as I shipped the burned up pot to them--At my expense too. I have been getting the run around since Thanksgiving--how long am I going to have to wait--??? What kind of customer service does Cuisinart have? Has this product been recalled? Can I just get a refund at this point--I had no choice but to replace the coffeemaker --I can't be without a coffee pot for 2 months. please get back to me
