Where Is The Carburetor Physically Located On The Cc 98m? Nothin In Manual.

The mower starts fine but only runs a couple of seconds. I ran it dry at the end of last season, Fresh fuel added, new plug, new air filter still does the same. I'm thinking I could spray some cleaner on the carburetor. Don't have the correct tools to take off top plastic cover but will get some. Is is under there?
