No, Creative doesn't support Windows 7 for that device. You can view the list here:

I just installed the Vista driver in win7 32 bit machine and it worked. Download it from: http://support.creative.com/Products/ProductDetails.aspx?catID=218&subCatID=847&prodID=10451&prodName=WebCam%20Live!%20Ultra&subCatName=WebCam%20Series&CatName=Web+Cameras
