Possibly you reposted before deleting the original post, or before 48 hours from the original post.

In general, Craigslist states:

Postings may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, craigslist staff, or community moderation, for reasons including failure to comply with terms of use, posting guidelines, and/or community norms.
