Entering the number in Craigslist's search box should bring you to the listing if it's active. However, Craigslist states:

Postings may be removed or omitted from index pages and search results by automated systems, craigslist staff, or community moderation, for reasons including failure to comply with terms of use, posting guidelines, and/or community norms.
