Resetting Password And Getting Functional Customer Service For My Specific Issue

I can't access my account because I have forgotten my password. I contact their help funcition and get a link to reset. I do so and get a message that they cannot process my request because my account is on hold. I have no idea why since I have never listed nor bought anything on the site. Everytime I try to access their help function to get an explanation, I get the same link and the same road block. There is no way to talk to anyone as they don't let a call go through to a live person. How can I get this resolved?

Doing a Google Search, I was able to find this phone number for Craigslist:
