The previous answer is curiously off base. In fact, Craigslist's customer service is essentially nonexistent--and you can't reach Craigslist by phone. The best you can do is turn to Craigslist's help page at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/, which is pretty good. (Or submit your question to us at Help Owl!) There's a "contact us" link (you can use https://losangeles.craigslist.org/contact), but don't count on any response or action.
