Unforward Emails

Craigslist sends our leasing office emails twice a day for posting. Previously it was going to myself and being automatically forwarded to my Marketing Specialist, now it only comes to me. How can this be fixed so she can start receiving those emails again. Is there a way to unforward the email and set it up to be forwarded again? I have emailed Craigslist help and sent screenshots and no one has responded.
