Started Receiving Emails And Call For Cars Posted With My Number Since Week Of C
receiving emails and calls about cars posted since week of Christmas. I have never used your services but my number is being called and emailed. I need you all to remove my info off calling and emails.I have not once used craiglist. Please remove number

1. You seem to be confusing us (an independent help site) with Craigslist.
2. This sort of thing happens occasionally, very often by accident (someone makes a mistake while typing his/her phone number), and unfortunately there's not too much you can do. In your case, since you're getting both emails and phone calls, it seems to be a deliberate prank. Unless the prankster is persistent, however, the problem will dissipate fairly quickly, as ads automatically expire. You may want to create an outgoing phone message alerting Craigslist responders of the error, and asking others to hold on. Although I can't assure you it will help, various feedback and other contact options are provided at http://sfbay.craigslist.org/contact.
