How To Solve An Repeated Issue With Being Blocked?!

I have been using the Craigslist app for years and being low income have been blessed with many items being given away. Within the last eight months or so my IP address keeps getting blocked. I email as they say to get unblocked but just as fast as they unblock my IP address it becomes blocked again. How can I get this resolved and find out why I was blocked in the first place?
