Not Receiving Any Support. Submitted Assistance 5 Days Ago. Nothing

Cannot get any support. Since you can't talk to anyone anymore, and have to submit via their "Non-Help" I have monies waiting for them but it is stuck. Arghhhhhhh!

Not sure what you mean by your "Non-Help" reference, but it's true that Craigslist's help for its free services is essentially non-existent--and that unfortunate fact may be more understandable when you consider its immense customer base and tiny staff. You can as you may know always turn to Craigslist's help page at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/, which is pretty good. (Or submit your question to us at Help Owl!)
