It went to pennsyvania instead it said penn state . I need some help. what do I do?

Your question is not completely clear. If your ad mentioned the wrong university, just edit it. If it's a free post, follow the instructions at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/free-edit. For paid posts, the instructions are at http://www.craigslist.org/about/help/job-edit.

If on the other hand you posted to the wrong location, you need to delete the old ad and repost. You must wait 48 hours after the original post (plus an undocumented 15 minutes) before reposting.
