I Never Get The Craigslist Ad Confirmation Email

I create an ad, add photos, do everything properly, finish, and get a message telling me that an email has ben sent to me. I never get it. It isn't in my junk mail either. Have never ever had this problem before. I usually get the email immediatley. I tried to contact C.L. and all I got were canned answers. I believe that before the email is sent, I usually have to click on an agreement page button, or maybe I do this after the email comes. This page isn't showing up at any rate. I tried posting an ad this morning and in late afternoon, no email comes. This page doesn't come up. very annoying!

Sorry you're having problems. The most common cause of a problem of this kind is that the incoming email was blocked in an attempt to filter out spam (even though that email was not really spam). This blocking may have been done by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or host, by your email program, or by special anti-spam software (which sometimes is part of an antivirus package).

Messages thought to be spam are sometimes (but not always) diverted to a folder designated Spam, Trash, Junk, or Deleted Items. If you know where to look, go to it. Otherwise, your first step should probably be to phone your ISP and ask.
