Not Receive A Confirmation Email

Hi, my company tried to post an ad in your website; however, after our company published it we never got an email from craigslist. what are we supposed to do now? we checked our spam folder and there is no email there too. We put the right email and until now we haven't got the confirmation email back.kindly response to my question. thank you.
