Receiving Phone Calls Re Ad With My Phone Number............not Me, Have Now Received 3 Today.......................how Do You Stop This?

Unfortunately the main thing you can do is flag the post. The best option after that is to log into your local Craigslist page, go to the bottom, click on help, then choose the best option for your issue. I would say probably personal harassment. Hopefully it is just a matter that someone inverted some numbers, but if you feel they are doing it deliberately I would flag asap and contact them asap. Good Luck!!
