Replying To Responses To My Ad.

If I receive a response to my ad (relay email), then I receive it in my email inbox... is my reply to that anonymous?

The short answer is No. You can add masking to your reply if you're savvy enough, but the savvy recipient will be able to unmask it. See http://blog.spoofed.org/2007/12/demystifying-craigslist-anonymization.html.
